Thanks for the fun blog about our parlor Sibby's in Viroqua. I love your style. Just wanted to post that we're actually expanding into the front restaurant space as of September 8. Sibby's will offer more flavors of ice cream and we're working on a full menu. We'll continue to serve microbrew beers and local wines which go nicely with our weekly entertainment.
